How CPR 4 Your Car Started
Nick went through Stark State's automotive program and has been turning wrenches ever since. CPR started out on the side of the road, roadside help and towing, and grew into a full repair shop right here in North Canton. He's local through and through: his family's from Greentown and went through North Canton schools, so this has always been home.
He started the shop for one reason. Most drivers feel stuck between an overpriced dealership and a shop they're not sure they can trust. People need a fair, affordable option that's also done right, so that's what Nick built.
Today CPR 4 Your Car is North Canton's go-to for brakes and suspension, plus alternators, starters, AC and heat, and engine and cooling work. We're a small shop, which is the whole point: when you call, you're talking to the owner, not a service desk.
How Nick Works
- Fair prices that beat the dealership. On almost every job, you'll pay less here than at the dealer, for the same repair done right. We fold our shop costs into one honest hourly rate instead of tacking on surprise "shop fees" at the bottom of the invoice.
- No selling you what you don't need. Nick tells you what's a real safety issue to handle now and what you can safely put off to spread out the cost. Light recommendations, not pressure.
- Honest even when it costs us the job. If your car isn't worth the repair, he'll say so, sometimes that means "this might be the one to sell." You never have to fix it here. Most folks come back anyway, because they got a straight answer.
- Brakes and suspension are our specialty. A lot of Toyotas and Hondas come through (Nick knows them well), but after years of this he's good on just about any make. Often same-day, and walk-ins are welcome when there's room.
- Backed by a written warranty. Most repairs are covered 12 months / 12,000 miles on shop-supplied parts and labor, the details are in our Limited Warranty.
